He was the only service manager on at the time so I had to stand in line. When it was my turn, I told him what I was here for and without prompting, he found service coupons which lowered the price considerably. Even though the service dept was swamped, he said that the car should be ready in a couple of hours. I didn't believe him. Sure enough, the car was ready in exactly two hours. After paying, he told me the car would be delivered to the front. I waited for thirty minutes and there was no sign of the car. He saw me and asked "what are you still doing here?" I said the car isn't here yet. He was surprised and said he will check on it. Five minutes later, he brought the car around. From start to the end, he was simply wonderful to work with. As I said, best service manager ever!
