Next Level Customer Service!!! My wife contacted Grubb's INFINITI online and they contacted her back very quickly. We expected them to but one thing we noticed was how friendly and My wife contacted Grubb's INFINITI online and they contacted her back very quickly. We expected them to but one thing we noticed was how friendly and personable they were. Every step on the way they stayed in constant contact. Not the pushy type of contact you get from dealership but it more of a "hey we really want to help you get your next vehicle." We made an appointment and they kept us in constant contact. Raza went the extra mile he was very polite, down to earth and he made sure we were comfortable. I'll be honest before coming to the Grubb's I was a little nervous and scared because I didn't know what to expect going to a luxury dealership, but they made us feel right at home. They proved how much they really wanted our business! John Adewale was a fairly new employee at Grubb's but he wasn't afraid to get his hands dirty in this process either. John was also a very nice guy and helped me and my wife make up our minds on getting the vehicle that we really wanted. John took us to church.....(thanks John!) Christian came along and helped put the finishing touches on the deal. I have never had a car buying experience like I did at Grubb's. We had a lot of laughs and just a overall fun experience!. They even took us on a tour of the building which is an amazing facility!! It's also nice to know all the great perks that comes with the vehicle purchase like life time car washes and curb side service.
