This was my first time purchasing a vehicle let alone having a vehicle that I was able to purchase on my own! My salesperson James and Rebeca from finance were absolutely awesome! James’ communication wa having a vehicle that I was able to purchase on my own! My salesperson James and Rebeca from finance were absolutely awesome! James’ communication was a solid 10/10, he listened, paid attention, and took into consideration of what I could afford and what was interested in! I already had multiple issues at other dealerships with the salesperson not listening from the jump and trying to push vehicles on me that were way out of my price range or either putting little to no effort in due to my price range! So, I was already discouraged and ready to give up prior to even finding a car at Step One Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat here in Crestview, but James and the Rebecca went above and beyond to the point where I literally cried! They worked with me to insure I walked away with the vehicle of my choice despite last minute issues with the bank I went through to get financed from. So, thank you James and Rebeca, y’all were amazing to work with and I thank yall from the very bottom of my heart! You guys are a solid 10/10 & truly were there to assist me all the way around instead of trying to only make a profit! All I can say is thank you thank you thank you Jame and Rebeca!
