In ways that I can’t really describe, I felt more taken care of during our conversation and the process than I have with any past dealership or service advisor. I genuinely feel like I’m in good hands and recommend Newton to anyone, as well as the service team at Newton GM, especially Rebecca, knowing that I’m not the only person that gets five star service from her. I had my truck towed into the dealership with a not starting issue on a Thursday. They jumped on it the next Monday and found out i needed a new starter, which was under warranty and I got it back all starting issue on a Thursday.
