Our new car buying experience The evening before my husband and I went car shopping I checked online with the hope of saving a little time the following day. Maus Nissan responded The evening before my husband and I went car shopping I checked online with the hope of saving a little time the following day. Maus Nissan responded by phone and by email before our drive (which is about an hour away from our home) with a price quote so we knew the drive was worth our time. Our sales person, Jovannie, was more than kind and definitely patient. We ended up test driving three vehicles and so very happy with the car we decided to purchase. He made the entire experience enjoyable. I do not think I have ever been able to say that about purchasing a car. Never once did we feel pressured while we were deciding and we picked out the perfect vehicle. The entire Maus Nissan dealership was super friendly and we will definitely purchase another car in the future from them! More

Long drive for nothing! Called in the morning and contacted on the internet Rebecca Lafferty and told her I would be up in 3 hours to deal on a car. Twenty minutes from the d Called in the morning and contacted on the internet Rebecca Lafferty and told her I would be up in 3 hours to deal on a car. Twenty minutes from the dealership I get a call that the car was sold from another sales person. Two and a half hours of driving for nothing. Tried to call Rebecca, at her number and someone else would pick up and say she was busy. This was pure BS and she didn't even have the courtesy to call me herself. She told me the truck would be ready for a test drive when I got there, but instead a 5 hour round trip for nothing. I worked in the customer service for 40 years in a business much larger than a car dealership in upper management and I would fire any one of my employees that did this to one of my customers if he or she couldn't respond to the customer themselves! Thanks for my saturday drive to Tampa and back! Have your employees communicate with each other so one doesn't sell a unit from under the other employee . This is why people do not like to deal with car salesmen!!!! More
