I brought my Chevy Suburban to Cerritos Penske Chevrolet for a recall (brake), oil change, and tire rotation. They completed the recall and oil change, however, they did not rotate my tires and I was charg for a recall (brake), oil change, and tire rotation. They completed the recall and oil change, however, they did not rotate my tires and I was charged for the service. I know this because I mark my left front tire with a chalk mark to ensure rotation is done and done properly. When I picked up my Suburban, the chalk mark was still on my left front tire, indicating that no tire rotation occurred. I have used Penske Chevy in Cerritos for all my service needs the last 20 years. However, due to this incident I no longer have confidence in their ability to service my Suburban properly and/or truthfully and will no longer do any business with them. I notified the Service Manager of this as well as the General Manager of the dealership. Neither one has subsequently contacted me to advise of any follow up or results of any inquiry into this incident at their dealership. This leads me to believe that they are not that concerned about the quality of their service or their commitment to a 20 year customer. More
