Perhaps the worst service experience of my life. Had to replace the transmission control module. Estimated 4-6 months and there was nothing the dealership could do to even get me a rental car. Then Had to replace the transmission control module. Estimated 4-6 months and there was nothing the dealership could do to even get me a rental car. Then I call and follow up several times during a 5 month period. I’m either put on an endless loop of hold or told some guy would call me back. Never happened. Then I call in one day and find the car is magically repaired but they don’t know when the work was done. Well too bad for them it tells me on the invoice. My car had been sitting there for months. So long that the battery was super dead and they tried to charge me for another. But I guess it’s all okay because the guy who was over my account was either fired or quit months earlier and transferring those to another employee was apparently beyond the ability for the service team to do. Pathetic More

I am disappointed every time I have taken my vehicle to be worked on. Spent to much time waiting for a simple oil change. I had a pleasant day at Larry H Miller. I arrived a few minutes earlier than expected, a nice gentleman helped me and I went inside to wait for my vehicle. I was there for a oil change an I arrived a few minutes earlier than expected, a nice gentleman helped me and I went inside to wait for my vehicle. I was there for a oil change and a inspection of my vehicle to make sure he was running top dog. They found that my spark plugs were in need of new ones. I was told was about three hour job, to my surprise it was done in two hours. Brovo gentlemen and ladies I appreciate the jod you've done on my vehicle. Thank you so much. Took my 2022 Explorer in to get the transmission looked at and climate controls and seat fixed. The advisor said the tech spent four hours doing various transmission work and ordered the parts for the seat at and climate controls and seat fixed. When I received the paperwork for the transmission, zero notes were listed and said “could not recreate problem” which totally contradicts what the advisor stated. Made my second visit when the parts came in. They said the replacement climate control module parts were damaged requiring me to return for a 3rd visit which is not convenient at all based on my location. I chose LHM because of their size but I should’ve used a different dealer. More
