Was a customer 2010-2024. Purchased two cars and serviced at this dealership. In the early days, service department seemed well run, but then they went through a lot of ups an Purchased two cars and serviced at this dealership. In the early days, service department seemed well run, but then they went through a lot of ups and downs with a lot of changes and management as well as Techs. If I were running the dealership, I would offer loyalty to long-term clients and give them a reduced rate for service labor instead of charging them MSRP for labor rates. This would likely retain more customers doing out of warranty work. Ultimately, I left them because of the lack of loyalty and their exorbitant estimates for work. Some of this may have to do with covering Overhead for the new facility. I’m not sure. More
