Professional, Safe, Slower than Expected Jim Ellis Service Center was very professional and VERY prepared to work with customers in a COVID-19-safe and hygienically cautious manner. Even the vehicle was protected with disposable covers for the seat, steering wheel, gear shift and floor mat.The only negative was that the oil change took approximately two hours - longer than I expected.
