Way too long! Considering that I walked in knowing which car I wanted, had an excellent trade in and a blank check from PNC why on Earth would I be there for 5 hour Considering that I walked in knowing which car I wanted, had an excellent trade in and a blank check from PNC why on Earth would I be there for 5 hours. I was disappointed that the rebate was not for the full amount and the fact I was disqualified for not having another brand of vehicle in my home was absurd. The first offer for my trade in which they all raved about was insulting. I stuck to the price I wanted and they eventually worked it out. Everyone especially Reggie were very nice and he was very helpful. If not for him I probably would have walked out. More
