My wife and I came in unannounced and at first impression were greeted immediately and directed to someone to help us. This person was Reid Stanley.(great guy) Reid listened to what we were looking for and f were greeted immediately and directed to someone to help us. This person was Reid Stanley.(great guy) Reid listened to what we were looking for and found a car we could test drive. The test drive was great, he explained everything and how it works. We decided to lease a new forester but had to wait for delivery as all cars with our options were sold already. The finance guy Omar (another great guy) was very thorough going through the paperwork and helped us understand it all. So our review of this dealership so far is fantastic. I hope and am sure the service dept when I need it will also be a great experience. More

We had a number of questions for Omar in completing the paper work. All of our questions and concerns were addressed to our complete satisfaction. We leased an Outback Touring loaded with features, many paper work. All of our questions and concerns were addressed to our complete satisfaction. We leased an Outback Touring loaded with features, many of which we had no idea how they worked or what they did. Reid was our sales associate and to our surprise he new how every feature worked and offered to customize each of them for our preference. While we could not address every option he offered, almost insisting, that we make an appointment to comeback to resolve any and all issues that we may have. In addition to having the features of our new vehicle, Reid took us on a tour of their expanded service center, Very pleased with everyone we dealt with. More
