The entire process was refreshingly pleasant! I was very anxious and honestly dreaded facing this process, but sales specialist REID WYNN was truly a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. I can say the same for sales mgr. Kody Clemmons and finishing up with Nathan Lilavois in the finance dept. To their credit at Panama City Toyota, I left feeling thrilled with my purchase and of the entire experience. I know that I am a tough customer in this scenario knowing the 'process' well and I commend these 3 for doing their diligence in a very respectable and professional manner.
