We had 2 issues. A extra warranty was snuck in to the contract. They corrected that. But the 2nd issue wasn't resolved. When they took off the papers glued to the windows, they used a razor blade to carve out the stickers and it cut through to the tint. Now both rear side windows have 3 huge paper shape cuts on the tint. We spoke to 4 staff about this issue and they all said they would get back to us about but never did. We live 3 hrs away so we asked to get it done here and then get reimbursed but no response. It's been 3 weeks since we bought the car so doesn't look like they want to resolve this issue. More
