Biggest frustration in the world. I was promised a car that would fit into my budget. That was their first lie. I was set with an idiot of a salesman. I drove the car that I was supposed to walk out with, and it was perfect, higher gas mileage, heated seats, sunglass holder, it was what I was finally able to upgrade too. That was an amazing lie! I was looking for safety in a bigger car, I’m epileptic and cleared to drive. THEY ARE LIARS! So I pick up my friend’s young sister and come back. I am getting the price I need, which they ALL knew. My favorite game is when they walk to their manager, talk about nothing, and gave me $10.00 off my financed payment. No, we agreed on my payment. In the end I pay $30.00 more. Fine. Better car, higher price, I get it. When that is finally settled, I point directly at the car we drove, and asked, “I am getting that car, correct? The one with heated seats, the sunglass compartment, everything correct?” Best lie in the world! “Yes you are!” Great! I signed the papers, but they make you agree to two years without selling. The man held on to my second key because he needed my cars second key, ok fine. Brought the second key in, and oh no, mine is gone! Yay! I tell the manager what happened, and yes even my booklet is incorrect for my MAZDA CAR, I was given the incorrect book, from the Mazda dealership to prove that I bought the correct car. He lets me know, that the man was fired the next day. Great! I have a terrible, basic car, for a higher price, that has nothing! I’ll be waiting to get rid of this car! Two years! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! THE SALESMEN LIE! More

We had 2 issues. A extra warranty was snuck in to the contract. They corrected that. But the 2nd issue wasn't resolved. When they took off the papers glued to the windows, they used a razor blade to carve out the stickers and it cut through to the tint. Now both rear side windows have 3 huge paper shape cuts on the tint. We spoke to 4 staff about this issue and they all said they would get back to us about but never did. We live 3 hrs away so we asked to get it done here and then get reimbursed but no response. It's been 3 weeks since we bought the car so doesn't look like they want to resolve this issue. More

I just want to give a shout out Javier at Mazda of Valencia. He is a phenomenal salesman!! No pressure whatsoever, answered all my questions, and allowed the vehicle to sell itself. I can in looking to purchase a pre-owned vehicle and instead I'm driving away in a BRAND NEW one. WTH?!? Here's the kicker..... I only put $500 down and I'm driving away with a payment that's super affordable. Mazda of Valencia is the real deal folks!! If you credit challenged and you don't have a huge down payment this is your miracle!! More
