We had a great experience purchasing our 2026 Equinox EV. Rex was extremely helpful and knowledgeable from the first phone call to helping us learn all the nuances of driving an electric car. Locally owned, community minded, but mixed buying experience. Purchased a car that had been over filled with oil activating a system fault. Took 6 days resolve and repair. Dealership was helpful and experience. Purchased a car that had been over filled with oil activating a system fault. Took 6 days resolve and repair. Dealership was helpful and gave us a loaner. High marks for Aaron in service who handled the issue. When car was finally ours we expected apologies and at the least a full tank of gas. However it was on a quarter tank and no apology for the days of worry and stress that we bought a lemon. Hopefully the repair resolved the issue without chronic damage. More
