Terrible location service , terrible front desk employees with negative attitude, I have visited multiple Kia service locations but the Covina Valley location tend to charge the highest pricing , this locati with negative attitude, I have visited multiple Kia service locations but the Covina Valley location tend to charge the highest pricing , this location should not exist . Unhelpful staffing , disrespectful very long waits , such a waste of time and disappointing . I will not service my vehicle here again . More
