Relaxed enjoyable experience Brought my car in to this location for service for the first time, from the very beginning we were met with Ricardo smiling and willing to help howeve Brought my car in to this location for service for the first time, from the very beginning we were met with Ricardo smiling and willing to help however he could. He showed us to the service department, and made sure we were taken care of. While we were waiting, he showed us some of the inventory and was willing to answer any question with enthusiasm. He made the trip relaxing, laid back, and enjoyable. If you're in the market for a new car come out and see him. He will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of, and at the end you'll leave with a new friend. More

Service visit I came to Paulding Jeep to get an oil change and I meet Ricardo....... he greeted me with a big ole smile and asked what I drove.... after a lil small I came to Paulding Jeep to get an oil change and I meet Ricardo....... he greeted me with a big ole smile and asked what I drove.... after a lil small talk he told me about some rebates on new chargers and pulled one up... it was just like mine but newer n I fell in love all over again.... unfortunately it was out of my price range but I really enjoyed the experience More

My experience..... I went to the dealership dreading even going...... Ricardo greeted me and I immediately put my guard up..... He backed up and gave me space to browse, I went to the dealership dreading even going...... Ricardo greeted me and I immediately put my guard up..... He backed up and gave me space to browse,once I got confused he was about 10 paces on the side.......I asked my question and he was very knowledgeable about the truck so we kinda started talking bout him coming to GA from PA and my mother is from the city next to his hometown.......
