(Yeah Kia in MKE combo) A few days later I find out progressive won't cover it since I was working when it happened. I had full coverage and 11 years of working with them. I came into Hall with my boyfriend to look at their Nissan Juke. Definitely not an overly popular car, but it had only 35,xxx miles on it. This car was already priced pretty reasonably. Initially, there was not room to wiggle with the price, but later on when we discussed trade ins, my car and that whole situation came up. They were so kind. They pulled the numbers and noted the loss they would take with the car to give me an even better discount than they already offered. I just have to say, my experience here was amazing, especially after such a xxxxty week with car and belongings theft, renting a car, changing all my info, and more. Thank you Eric and the rest of Hall Mazda Staff. Your kindness really has made a great impact. I had a great experience purchasing a new Mazda CX-5 at Hall Mazda! It was very easy to set up a test drive appointment via email, and when I arrived, the CX-5 I wanted to test was pulled to the front and Hall Mazda! It was very easy to set up a test drive appointment via email, and when I arrived, the CX-5 I wanted to test was pulled to the front and ready to go. Ricardo was the sales manager that I worked with, and he was awesome from start to finish. He was super knowledgable about the car/trim options, and I never felt pressured at all. I also really appreciated that he let us test drive the car alone. He was very responsive with follow up questions after the test drive, but did NOT spam me with emails like other dealers did. I ultimately ended up buying here, and had a very smooth process that day as well. Definitely would recommend buying here and working with Ricardo! More
