I had a great experience purchasing a new Mazda CX-5 at Hall Mazda! It was very easy to set up a test drive appointment via email, and when I arrived, the CX-5 I wanted to test was pulled to the front and Hall Mazda! It was very easy to set up a test drive appointment via email, and when I arrived, the CX-5 I wanted to test was pulled to the front and ready to go. Ricardo was the sales manager that I worked with, and he was awesome from start to finish. He was super knowledgable about the car/trim options, and I never felt pressured at all. I also really appreciated that he let us test drive the car alone. He was very responsive with follow up questions after the test drive, but did NOT spam me with emails like other dealers did. I ultimately ended up buying here, and had a very smooth process that day as well. Definitely would recommend buying here and working with Ricardo! More
