I went to napleton kia to buy a car and upon arrival I met Ricardo Simpson and I must say my experience with him was great. Had a horrible experience here, would not recommend anyone to go there... it's long, sorry I drove 2 1/2 hours to buy a car from the Bapletin North lake Kia dealership in Paml Beach Gardens, FL beca anyone to go there... it's long, sorry I drove 2 1/2 hours to buy a car from the Bapletin North lake Kia dealership in Paml Beach Gardens, FL because they had great deals online, first mistake because there weren't any deals. I had a car I was trading with negative equity and the first suggestion out of the finance manager Ivan and sales guys Ricardo's mouth was to let my car go back to the bank instead of trading it. I said that wasn't an option and left, I got a call to come back because they may have figured out that I could get a different car that had more rebates to eat up the negative equity.. Ok, fine let's see. I went back. I got the paperwork done and was told that they couldn't find the spare key and would have to look for it and check with the service dept and would let me know on Monday. I waited 3 weeks, called and left a message for my sales rep to follow up on the key issue and was told he was off and he would give me a call back. A week and a few days later, I called back and was told they couldn't find it and I would have to drive the 2 1/2 hours back to have a key made. Ok, fine... I was told by the sales rep Ricardo that I had an appt at 12 Saturday with the key guy to have the key made. I called and verified the appt was made because I have already had issues with the sales rep and the receptionist verified the time. I got to the dealership early for my appt and waited about 15 min before someone asked what I was waiting for or if I'd been helped. The guy asked the manager and called the key guy who said he didn't have an appt and couldn't be to the dealership for an hour to hour and a half. The key guy showed up 3 hours later and messed up the cutting of the key and did not have another to try again. The sales rep offered to top my car fuel tank off after waiting 3 hours and the 2 1/2 hour drive here and home. I called the general manager with no response and then the manager Sammy actually walked by the sign and closed the roll up sign that had the general managers info on it. It has now been almost 5 months, I have no gotten this key issue resolved. I have called weekly on this with no response from the sales manager, my sales rep and the general manager who I did talk to and said he would get it fixed and now will not return my calls either. I am very frustrated how this dealership has handled these issues and wish I would have never went back to listen to what they had to say because they have been a really xxxxty dealership. More

Exceptional customer service We were searching for a new Telluride. No one could locate the one we wanted except for Ricardo. He was in constant contact with us. I am so excited t We were searching for a new Telluride. No one could locate the one we wanted except for Ricardo. He was in constant contact with us. I am so excited to have purchased this car with him. The GM Sam even came out and spent time with us while Ricardo did some searching. Financing and trading our car in was easy. Carolina came out explained how to contact her should i need anything service related. Everyone was extremely helpful in making this purchase exactly what we wanted. We couldn’t have had a better experience! Thank you Ricardo, Sam, and Daniel! We love our new Telluride!!! More

False advertising. Online advertising gave a specific price for a car. I called to confirm the price and all additional fees. When it came time to purchase the car the p Online advertising gave a specific price for a car. I called to confirm the price and all additional fees. When it came time to purchase the car the price was increased and an additional $1500 dealer fee had been added. They reduced the price and fee a little but refused to honor the advertised price. Salesman was knowledgeable but dealer does not honor their advertised prices and was dishonest about the dealer fees. More
