Matt & Rich both provided great information and insight into the vehicle that eventually purchased. I was impressed with the transparency when Rich went over the Car Fax report before I got a chance to request it. From the vehicle questions, inspections & test drive, to the application & form signing all seemed to take just enough time. I didn't feel captured or like I was in a middle of a home closing.
