I must admit I was hesitant to look for a new car. It always sems that sales folks are all overwhelming, HOWEVER, I had an awesome experience at Matthews Subaru!! When I entered the showroom, no one It always sems that sales folks are all overwhelming, HOWEVER, I had an awesome experience at Matthews Subaru!! When I entered the showroom, no one came running right over. I asked a young man if I could see a salesman and he went ahead and asked Rich French to meet me. He is a fine young man who was very easy going and gave me the information that I was looking for. Rich found me the exact type of vehicle i was interested in, Subaru Forester Touring! When it was ready Rich took the time to go over options of lease VS purchase, the different options included in the new car and took me out for a test drive to make sure it was a good fit for me. I was introduce to Dillon Affatatto as the manager of sales I believe. He made me feel right at home and offered his card in case I needed anything. On the day of the signing I was given over to Cole Sevey as the finance manager. Cole gave me the all the details about leasing and got me all set, very smooth transaction for sure. I met other folks as well and don't recall all the names, however, the efficiency and great attitude of all the folks I dealt with let me feeling like I have a new family of friends that I can call on when I have any issues or doubts about my vehicle. I would definitely recommend the team at Matthews for anyone's needs on purchasing a new or used automobile. I am sure I will be using the Matthews dealerships for any and all my future cars!! More
