The service I scheduled was not the service I received.
Very disappointed! I scheduled a 15,000 mile maintenance and all I got was an oil change and tire rotation. I spoke with three different individuals
Very disappointed! I scheduled a 15,000 mile maintenance and all I got was an oil change and tire rotation. I spoke with three different individuals regarding what was included in the 15,000 mile maintenance. I scheduled my appointment brought my car in and when I picked my car up all that was done was an oil change and tire rotation. When I questioned all the other things that should’ve been done they said oh that’s in the 30,000 mile maintenance. Seriously? Then, after I pick my car up, my husband got a call from the dealership saying “I see you were in for service and was wondering if you would be interested in trading in your vehicle and upgrading! Unbelievable! Losing trust in Zeigler!
