I purchased a pre owned 2020 escalade w/ 20k miles, with extended warranty. Problems with verbal navigation, the handle door locks, the step to enter / exit the vehicle, and seat cool/warm have been issues extended warranty. Problems with verbal navigation, the handle door locks, the step to enter / exit the vehicle, and seat cool/warm have been issues. The service manager noted my concerns and assigned a service person to address the issues. The 1st time I brought the vehicle in the problem with navigation was unable to be duplicated. The door locks were reported to be adjusted. I returned the following day and demonstrated to the service person the problem. They investigated and said the problem was with Lojack and that was supposedly corrected. The last time I brought the vehicle in a similar response was given - duplication of the concerns were not present. I am not sure what else to do. I spent a lot of money for the vehicle and I would like it to function without these issues. More

Worst dealership ever. Purchased a car there in 2015. Paid for a new transmission due to it being out of warranty. That transmission blew out in 7 weeks. Ziegler said the new transmission was under warranty for another 100,000 miles. It took “2 months”to evaluate the problem and then had the gall to charge me a $179.00 inspection fee for a repair that was under warranty. They suck you in with good sales services and then hang you out to dry with their service department. I bought two cars there. NEVER AGAIN.! More

I would leave Ziegler’s a 0 if it were an option. All they do is lie to get a sale. I purchased my Traverse 05/20, and have heard nothing but lies! Sold warranties what are obsolete, as I live over 59 mi they do is lie to get a sale. I purchased my Traverse 05/20, and have heard nothing but lies! Sold warranties what are obsolete, as I live over 59 miles away and can’t utilize at any dealership, as stated at time of sale. Go anywhere but here! save your hard earned money. More
