We made first contact months before when I was looking for a car for my daughter, and despite putting that search on hold, Terry continued to check in by email (without high pressure) so when it was time to look for a new vehicle for myself, I was happy to reach out to him. He and the rest of the team were great - I shared a few cars I had in mind, completed the financing application online before I went in, test drove a few vehicles, and walked out the same afternoon with my new (to me) wheels. Could not have been a better experience, all around. More
