I will start out by saying that Boardman Subaru dealership is outstanding. Subaru makes amazing cars. Ryan Kay is an exemplary salesperson. I have to say that the heightened joy did not last when it came to the contract signing. I was very disheartened. It was an experience I had never encounter before. The probable numbers (such as interest rates, money down, and monthly payments) that were shown when discussing the terms of my purchase were not even close to what was presented at signing. The finance person was not forthcoming in regard to the increases until questioned about the difference. I may have changed some of my decision making had the changes been more thoroughly explained and prior to my being handed a contract to sign. There was no time to think it through other than to get up and walk out. Unfortunately, I am having difficulty shaking the unsettled feeling I have with the financial outcome. I am very pleased with owning the Crosstrek and am certain I will have a much better driving experience. More
