I was born and raised here in Grand Rapids Michigan, I went to high school in Jenison and I currently live in Jenison with my wife and 3 boys. I was a machinist right out of high school and due to down sizing and the economy I was forced to find a new profession. 15 years later, here I am! I have actually been at this location and company for almost 12 years now. I love the outdoors, sports, formula one racing and being with my family. I am very dedicated to my career and my clients. helpfull not pushy! We were looking for a new van and I was not looking forward to the pushy sales person telling me how great the cars were they sold and how many cars t We were looking for a new van and I was not looking forward to the pushy sales person telling me how great the cars were they sold and how many cars they sold for the year and it is year end and nobody can give you a better deal. None of that! Hannah was so sweet, showed us a number of vans that we asked about, colors, if we could get ones they did not have in their lot and were assured we could have anything we wanted within a few days. Well we found one in a beautiful blue they had on their lot and Hannah worked out the details on price and financing. Then we had to talk to the finance manager where we expected to get the hard push on buying extended warranty and all kinds of other options. Rick the Finance Manager explained the paper work to us and in no time we were out of there with a hand shake and a thank you. This is a class bunch of people that do their job and I really think they enjoy it. A very special thank you to Hannah for taking us through the whole process and giving us the new Pacifica Touring Van we got. You are a special person. More
