The vehicle we wanted was in stock at Paretti Mazda of Covington. Our sales rep, Richard Findley, was excellent with his demeanor and knowledge. Zero high pressure and recommended that we drive both vehic Covington. Our sales rep, Richard Findley, was excellent with his demeanor and knowledge. Zero high pressure and recommended that we drive both vehicles we were interested in, a CX50 and a CX5. We traded in our 2016 Mazda 6 on the CX5 that we test drove. Our Mazda 6 GS was in excellent condition, and we received a very good trade in value for it. We were offered a very good deal which we accepted and drove home in our new 2024 Mazda CX5 Carbon Edition. Since I am a retired mechanic, I was interested in the Service Department. The Service Advisor introduced himself to me and I got a look at the shop. I wanted to order a set of rubber mats for our new CX5 but the Parts Department had them in stock. I purchased them and took them with us. We are so very please with our purchase and I am very impressed with the cleanliness and professional staff at Paretti Mazda of Covington. I regret that I am a retired mechanic as I think I would really enjoy working at this dealership. The staff at Paretti Mazda of Covington have made a lasting impression on us and we will be customers for life. A side note, our sales Reps father sold Christie a brand new Triumph TR6 at Paretti in New Orleans in 1973 when she graduated from the Southeastern Master Program for Teachers. Small world. More
