RJ was great, personable and helpful. He has responded to my emails and texts promptly and with the info requested. I have had a difficult time getting call backs and info from anyone else at the dealership. One month after purchase, still don’t have the necessary paperwork to register my vehicle. I did finally receive an email with the loan agreement attached last week. Perhaps it is simply an issue with purchasing my vehicle from out of state. More
