As a new resident of Albuquerque, I didn't know any better, and went into Reliable Chevrolet ready to buy an equinox. I was so completely disgusted with the way they treated me. They disrespected me, lied to me, and wasted my time. I remembered that I knew Richard Jiron from college (many years ago!) and although I've always been a Ford/Chevy girl I thought, why not, and gave him a call. We went to see him the next day and I left a few hours later in a new RAV4. He took me on a tour of the store which immediately put me at ease. I was impressed at the friendliness of everyone we encountered. He really listened to everything I had to say, and took note of everything I was looking for in a vehicle, without pressuring me. In fact, I was very excited about my decision, but this could not have been possible without Richard's willingness to listen to all my questions and concerns. He also went above and beyond, working with the creditors to get me the best interest rate. Lo and behold, after my trade-in, I end up with a brand-new vehicle with a much lower interest rate.
