Richard Miller was an awesome salesman and even after a little miscommunication , we went home with our awesome new car. We never felt pressured to buy anything (even those dealer "Extras" and the price they offered was so fair and lower than any competitor, we didn't need to negotiate. Add that to their STELLAR service department and they have a customer for life. We live less than a mile from one of their competitors but choose to drive to Colonial Honda because of their people. This is our second purchase from them and believe me when I say our next purchase will be from them as well! More

It wasn't long after we submitted our request for the vehicle that I received a friendly phone call from a service representative with some additional information and guidance on how to proceed through each step of the process. Two days later I was able to make a visit onsite and speak with him in further detail. We continued through the process seamlessly and without hassle to buy: this made the experience much less stressful and much more relaxed. We reserved our new vehicle and was contacted by Richard Miller with status updates along the way. He has been very supportive and, once the vehicle arrived, was sure to take his time to meet with us and go over all the tech options available on our new Pilot.
