As far as the process with the dealership goes, when I pulled up, I was greeted by someone and told to wait in the car for Richard. Then the person who greeted me started to take video of my car and in some of his trips around the car, the camera was pointed right at the windshield. I would appreciate either being given a spot away from the car to wait, or being told in advance the video would take place (I think others might feel the same way). Also, the car was dropped off when done and just left, with no explanation of how and where to exit; I had to find someone to tell me how to leave. The way I was told to go is through a back alley to a driveway near the corner of Sepulveda and Washington with cars parked along the street and absolutely no visibility of oncoming traffic.
