I found a nice ‘23 Accord on their website for $21,491 and had her go look at it. She loved the car! They told her she’d be around 15% interest (she has a 780 credit score). So she told them she’d was going to speak with me and come back the next morning. We arranged financing through USAA that night and she went back to buy the car. To say she was excited is an understatement. But when she got there, they had raised the price by $4000. They were unwilling to move on it. So she had to get another uber to go home, pretty upset. I called the sales manager to discuss it and he was rude and insulting, asking me if I had proof it was $21,491 the day before. He said they certified it 3 days before and that’s why it went up in price. That may be the case but it was advertised for the $21k. They too were unwilling to even meet me halfway. Just a simple profit grab at the expense of a single female. Disgusting. I ended up buying a different one that night. I’m off to write them a stellar review now. This dealership needs to be re-named because “TRUST” is the absolute last thing that comes to mind…. Shame on this place. More
