I'm always quite pleased with the service; however, I had a couple of concerns this time. Although the service tech told me what they wanted to do to my vehicle, there was no explanation of associated cost a couple of concerns this time. Also, customers should be advised that the San Tan location is under renovation. Those of us waiting during service, had to do so in a trailer that was extremely cold. Had we been advised; we could have worn appropriate clothing. More
