Rene helped with my trade-in along with the transportation of my trade-in to Florida from Texas and getting my new car to Texas. Rene made the entire process very easy and stress free. Lauderdale to see the car in person and it was exactly as described--perfect. As a first time buyer (and out of state) I was on one hand excited but also had my guard up to not make any mistakes. When I arrived I felt completely reassured because the atmosphere in person was the same as conveyed over the phone. Everyone I met and interacted with was cool, down to earth, and you could tell they enjoyed working there. I had a great time when I came to visit and do paperwork--their showroom is beautiful. Everything has gone smoothly and the way they said it would. Rene even threw in some cool Ferrari gear into the duffel bag for me when the car arrived. Nice touch of him.
