I put my trust in the wrong Car Dealership, Left feeling like they smiled in my face, but, behind my back they screwed me over. How foolish was I to allow them to sale me another vehicle. When the first, v like they smiled in my face, but, behind my back they screwed me over. How foolish was I to allow them to sale me another vehicle. When the first, vehicle was a lemon. Overall, they put me in a bad situation. Instead of Helping me out with a good sale. They were not compassion nor thoughtful to any of my needs as to buying a car or suv. Once I am done with this company, Never ever will I consider buying or refer my close friends and family to this company. . More

Car was very clean washed and ready to purchase compared to others! Comfortable buying experience and stood behind the warranty work that had to be done after purchase. Spent almost 7 hours here, because sales man didn’t take the (used) vehicle I was coming to see, to get an inspection at a shop I picked out a head of time- something he agreed to do the day before my arriv the (used) vehicle I was coming to see, to get an inspection at a shop I picked out a head of time- something he agreed to do the day before my arrival. So I had to take the vehicle to the shop for the inspection around 9am, took the shop at least 3 hours to inspect. Did all the paperwork at the dealership while vehicle was getting inspected, to try to help save me time, but that didn’t make a difference, as I was there all day. Drove 6 hours to see this vehicle because it had everything I wanted. Sales guy was friendly/nice and even bought me lunch which I appreciated, but he was pushy towards the end and made a comment about coming in on his off day to help me with the vehicle/sale. Then later he stated he always comes in on Fridays (his supposed off day) anyway. I ended up buying the vehicle, and I love it. They washed the vehicle and filled up the gas tank for my drive home. I’m 50/50 on the experience. More

Both Simon and Rick stayed an hour late to accomdate me because I live in Willmar and have a two hour drive. Also, Rick is meeting me in St. Cloud to make it easier for me to pick up my car.
