After test driving a 2019 Cadillac and then a 2019 Lexus, we changed our minds and decided on a Lexus; with a shortly up-coming road trip, we decided to get the 2019 model. Actually George Karahalios (the salesman that greeted us) didn't convince us on getting our (first) Lexus... the car did. George was great to deal with and we just can't brag enough on him. George finished up on our dealings and had us finish up with Rick Morreale, the Business Office Consultant, which was also great to work with and helped us with all the different options there. Great professional team... we really appreciated dealing with both George & Rick and are happy 'new' Lexus owners! More

After the sales person listened to my sad story, I ended up with a 'happy every after' ending with a fresh start in my 2019 NX 300. . Joli, a 15-year veteran selling Lexus was FABULOUS in finding me a perfect fit in the first SUV she picked for me; Joe approved a GREAT DEAL beyond expectation; Rick juggled figures that made the PRICE TAG DAZZLE; and Caleb took me a step higher in loving my new NX 300 by teaching me with MUCH APPRECIATED TLC how to use the many 'toys' on board, WHAT A FANTASTIC TEAM AT THE LEXUS OF TUCSON! I DROVE AWAY FEELING I'D BEEN CROWNED QUEEN FOR THE DAY WITH THE DOZEN OF RED ROSES PROOF OF MY BEST EVER VEHICLE PURCHASING EXPERIENCE. Thank you one and all! More

Five Star Sales and Service Experiences at this Dealership! For the past few years I've been having my Lexus Rx 350 serviced at Lexus of Tucson- and they've always treated me like royalty. My service consultan For the past few years I've been having my Lexus Rx 350 serviced at Lexus of Tucson- and they've always treated me like royalty. My service consultant was Peggy Maben- and she always went above and beyond. When it came time to buy out my lease last month, Lexus of Tucson, and Joli Gaskell in particular, made the process so smooth. I leased the car in CA, bought out the lease in Tucson and was having it shipped to my new home in Washington D.C., so that came with LOADS of extra legwork/paperwork...but Joli tackled all of it happily and professionally. Rick Morreale, the finance manager, was also a pro and made my mammoth of a sale seem like a breeze! I'm incredibly impressed with Lexus of Tucson- on every level. Thanks again, Joli, Rick and Peggy for the many years of stellar service! More
