All the options, performance packets, color scheme, availability, ect…will/can drive you and your salesperson bunkers; notwithstanding, dealerships policies for selling said vehicles. I share this review to give the highest regard to Mr. Camay as he stepped in to a purchase process from another dealer and provided the most panoptic approached to buying an asset like a Porsche. I sincerely appreciate his patience, professionalism and performance in finding the best fit Porsche for my personal wants. I recently purchased a Macan GTS from Porsche Atlanta Northwest.. What a truly great experience.. Juan is a very special person, professional, knowledgeable, he went above and beyond anyone I have ever dealt with. Communications were superb.. I flew in from Dallas to pick the car up then drive back home.. When I arrived at the dealership greeted me and made me feel like i was their most important customer. I have bought other Porsches over the years. from dealerships in Texas. They do not come anywhere close to Porsche Atlanta Northwest. Rick in the finance department, great experience.. All the paperwork was ready to go, took all of 15 minutes. Would like to thank everyone at Porsche Atlanta Northwest. For making this a great experience. The sales staff (Avery) was a pleasure to work with, driven, energetic, and genuinely focused on making the process smooth and enjoyable. “Sales staff” doesn’t feel like the right word here; a better description would be product enthusiast. Finance (Destiny) handled everything with ease, professionalism, and an energy that kept the process stress-free. The front desk team, sadly I don’t have their names, which is a shame, served as the entry point to the brand experience. Each interaction set the right tone, proving that even the smallest touch points can make a big difference. My first interaction with Porsche Atlanta Northwest was through them, and it left a lasting impression. Equally important, the leadership team was visible and engaged, not just supporting their staff, but actively connecting with clients. It makes you feel like you have an advocate throughout the process. And yes, in reality, this is all part of closing a deal. But people don’t remember job titles or exactly what was said; they remember how you made them feel. That kind of presence speaks volumes about the culture they’ve built. I left the experience feeling completely confident and genuinely appreciated, not pressured in any way, and with zero regret. As someone who works in brand and admits to being particularly particular, the biggest compliment I can give is that this experience turned me into a true brand enthusiast. For 5 years I have been searching for “The Right” car, and when I saw it on the Internet, I rushed down to Hennessy Porsche Windy Hill location and met with my salesman Avery. Avery was very knowledgeabl and when I saw it on the Internet, I rushed down to Hennessy Porsche Windy Hill location and met with my salesman Avery. Avery was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions, and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the service. Everyone I interacted with, from the front desk to the sales team to the finance department, was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Luke even sent an Uber to pick me up when I had ride problems, and Ricky in finance, even though it was a Friday at 5 pm, made the final process very quick, easy and smooth as silk! They clearly value their customers' time. Highly recommend their excellent service and great selection! Hennessy Porsche Windy Hill gets five stars from me with no question about it !!!!! More
