Rick Straub was very knowledgeable and helpful in making this experience fun and easy! He could easily answer all of our questions. He knew a lot about the vehicles! For something that felt stressful to this experience fun and easy! He could easily answer all of our questions. He knew a lot about the vehicles! For something that felt stressful to us at the time, it was easy with Rick! There were lots of available options for the type of vehicle we wanted to see. It helped that there were three varieties of the suv there that we were interested in.
