When I learned that he had moved to Dick Scott, I knew I would drive the extra distance to be able to work with him again. I always feels that he tries to help me figure out what vehicle and incentive programs will work best for me. No high pressure. I will walk away from dealing with someone I feel is trying to pressure me into anything. More

Horrible sales rep customer service I bought a truck in July. It took over 5 hours to complete the sale. Then I had to come back an hour after driving off the lot because of paperwork is I bought a truck in July. It took over 5 hours to complete the sale. Then I had to come back an hour after driving off the lot because of paperwork issues. A few days later I got a call saying the original paperwork wasn’t the correct paperwork so I had to go back again and fill out the correct paperwork. There was no spare key with my truck when I bought it so I completed paperwork to have one ordered at the time of purchase. Fast forward four months and still no spare key. After calling, e-mailing several times over four months (with no response), I finally got someone to contact me and had to drive all the way back to the dealership to pick up the spare key. I asked if this was normal and what took so long to get back with me. The only response I got was, “that’s not acceptable. I don’t know why it took that long.” Not even a “sorry” or anything to try to make it right. I will never go back to this dealership and I DO NOT recommend this dealership to anybody. More

I could not believe it, because it only took about 20 minutes. I thank this was the quickest time ever. Scott also let me know where our car was parked. More
