My experience with Preston Motors was superb! I initially contacted the dealership on-line to inquire about a specific car they had listed. I was immediately contacted by Nathan Otterbacher. Our contact was frequent and he was more than happy to answer all of my questions about the car. I was then contacted by Ricki Ferrari the sales manage by phone who convinced me to make the hour and fifteen minute drive, so that we could work on a deal. The trip was well worth it! I was immediately met by Mr. Otterbacher and Mr. Ferrari and the car I was interested in was out and ready for the test drive. In a little over an hour and a half later, I had the car I wanted, the price I'd hoped for and an even lower interest rate than I thought was possible. Every person I dealt with that day from sales to finance was attentive and worked hard to get me the payment I needed. I had been to 4 other Pittsburgh Area Dealers before coming to Preston and was extremely disappointed. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and already have. It is well worth the drive from the Pittsburgh Area. Thank you for a great experience! More

I am more than happy to take time to write a review. I had small expectations on buying a late model car when I went into Preston's on Saturday, October 12, 2013. A new car would be only a dream. Rick Fer had small expectations on buying a late model car when I went into Preston's on Saturday, October 12, 2013. A new car would be only a dream. Rick Ferrari made me feel relaxed and hopeful. He went to work right away to see what he could get me into. The finance department was absolutely brilliant. Jamie Elliott started the process. He then had Sylvia Marsano helping to get the deal done. She asked me key questions that would lock in a finance deal. They went above and beyond. They made me feel special and better than I have felt in a long time. They even called Kelly Preston to help me upgrade to a better insurance policy. I love my car. It has great gas mileage and the price was perfect for my budget. I will definitely go back when I am ready for another car. I will also recommend them to anyone who will listen! More

The car they sold me went beyond my expectations it had good milage and excelent body and style! i went to sweeney or boardman and i got medio price! please when buying a car from preston "SHOW ME THE CAR FAX" my fault, didn't ask nor was one offered~~~they sold me a wrecked car! I paid over $13000 for a 2009 Toyota corolla for my 16 year old daug CAR FAX" my fault, didn't ask nor was one offered~~~they sold me a wrecked car! I paid over $13000 for a 2009 Toyota corolla for my 16 year old daughter, then one nite I decided to look up the car fax and found out it was wrecked!!! there response was, we don't have to tell you unless there is frame damage...being sideswiped and rolling over on the drivers side is not a reason to tell me..t was great, he always is!!! i'll miss him....took that car to phil fitts ford 6 weeks after buying it, i bought myself a 2013 mustang! phil fitts ford got me 2.99 interest rate @48 months car payment is 100 bucks less then the Toyota and 3 less years on the loan. btw~ because it was wrecked the kbb and nada value was less then 6500 bucks! if i didnt trade it in i had 71 more payments left! never ever will I deal with prestons! there is a lot more I can say but wont....you live and learn More

The dealer offered better than KBB value for my trade in vehicle. Price of the new vehicle was very fair on the first offer. The price was lowered to a price less than the predicted fair selling price on K vehicle. Price of the new vehicle was very fair on the first offer.
