Good turned bad Was originally pleased with our experience. Ricki worked with us on pricing and getting us the car we wanted. Found out two months down the road they Was originally pleased with our experience. Ricki worked with us on pricing and getting us the car we wanted. Found out two months down the road they never took care of our leased vehicle that they took over and it is still sitting on their lot. The only reason we were aware of this is when our previous financing dealer called and needed to inspect the car. Huge inconvenience dealing with the two dealerships and figuring out what had to be done when Preston originally told us they would handle everything. More

Both Rick and Anthony were personable (a lot of fun) and knowledgeable of the inventory. We told them what we were looking for and we were test-driving the car within the first 15 minutes of being at the dealership. The Preston team really works well together and it was a nice change to the 'typical' car buying experience. We will definitely go back to this dealership for any future purchases and recommend this group to anyone considering buying a vehicle. More
