I hadn’t bought a car since 2016 my first Hyundai Tucson that is still running perfectly and a Hyundai experience with the wonderful Hyundai warranty then and now. It’s perfection. I can’t say enough about Ricky Baird, and all of his personal attention and caring and explaining everything to me as we talked about the car now. He sat in the car with me and explained everything so that I was comfortable with driving it, and knowing what where everything was. He put my Favorite radio stations on for me. He offered me coffee and water and more. I did not feel rushed and I felt so happy when I saw the pink bow on the car when I drove back up to pick it up and the pictures that he took, he really has a great personality. i’m so glad he was there for me.
