I truly hate to write this, especially after everything I
went through to get this car. I spent months working with Riverside Ford after being denied elsewhere, thinking I had finally found a dealership that
went through to get this car. I spent months working with Riverside Ford after being denied elsewhere, thinking I had finally found a dealership that would make things right. I was excited to drive off in a brand new vehicle… only to have the oil pressure light come on just four days later.
I brought it in immediately, trusting they’d make things right — but it’s now been over a month and my car is still in the shop. I’ve only received maybe 3 or 4 vague updates during that entire time. No real answers, no clear timeline, and definitely no urgency. It’s frustrating, disheartening, and feels like a complete betrayal after how hard I worked just to get this car.
I expected better. I deserved better. I won’t be recommending Riverside Ford to anyone
