I brought two vehicles to be serviced at Prestige. I had purchased both at Prestige. One was a 2019 Ram and the other was my wife’s 2017 Jeep 75th anniversary. After the servicing was completed, I met with Ricky Pim. I Ended up trading the 2019 Ram with RIcky for a 2021 Ram. Ricky was great to work with. I feel very fortunate that Ricky was my salesman . We had a good experience at the beginning but then there were some issues with communication between the financial department and the sales team.
