Don't let the age, gender or clean clothing of the service personnel fool you - these folks know your car's needs, and they ensure your and your car's needs are met before you leave. The maintenance area is clean, bright, and the service reps and technicians are friendly and customer service oriented. I believe most of them drive Subaru themselves, not because they got employee discounts, but because they believe in the products themselves. I feel good about letting them work on my Subie because I know they are more than just employees, they are an integral part of the Subaru family. More
