Reason, it gives a local record of scheduled m I choose to get my oil changes at Nissan Gadsden even though I live in Anniston AL about 30 miles away. Reason, it gives a local record of scheduled maintenance vs me keeping up at other oil change places. This supports any maintenance questions regarding any potential warranty questions. Furthermore, I like the complimentary wash and getting the tires rotated with the oil changes per maintenance schedule. Also the overall cost of the oil change and tire rotate is competitive with say Express Oil and that lends to me coming to Nissan Gadsden. I would like to see the complimentary wash include a vacuum out of the front floor board and maybe just a wipe of dash dust. But, the waiting area is nice and there is refreshments like sodas, coffee, and fresh popcorn while one waits. More
