Painless and expedient. This is possibly the smoothest car trade and sale I’ve ever done. I spent a few days ahead of time doing a little back and forth with Zach, including This is possibly the smoothest car trade and sale I’ve ever done. I spent a few days ahead of time doing a little back and forth with Zach, including a ton of questions. He always responded in a timely manner and was both knowledgeable and courteous. Did the financing paperwork the day before, and came in the next day. The next day was the last Saturday of the month; which is also the busiest time. We showed up at 2:30 and were out the door before 4:30 including the test drive. The sales manager, JR was an hosest businessman when it came to our final deal. Riley made the F&I process as painless as possible and made sure everything was explained thoroughly. Would I recommend the team at Nissan of Gadsden? Without a second thought. More
