The lifetime power train warranty that was offered on my 2017 Nissan Altima definitely caught my eye, but that was only the the beginning of the great things to come from this experience. I called the dealership to make an appointment to look at this car, which I came across online. When I arrived, it had been pulled up front for me. Zach Crews, my salesman, is patient, honest, and personable. He answered all of my questions with a smile and told me what “he would do” should he have been in the same situation I was in. Throughout the whole process, I felt informed, which was important to me. Riley Allen helped with the final steps of the process and thoroughly yet quickly explained all the required paperwork. Every person I came in contact with was friendly and welcoming. I am more than happy with this purchase and the entire environment of this process. 10/10 all around. More
