The lease turn employee (Riley) was very pleasant, so this review has nothing to do with my experience with her, but when I had to talk to the manager (Eric Fultz) about extra charges, it was a very unpleasant experience. BMW sent me paperwork prior to lease turn in detailing what to be charged for and what not to be charged for. There was a minor chip that was not spreading in the windshield on the passenger side. BMW states that since this is not in the drivers view I cannot be charged for it. Plaza tried to charge me for it, and when I disputed it and showed the paperwork from BMW Financial Services, he started to argue with me and said that he didn't want to go back and forth with me when I was simply showing what I received from BMW. I asked him if we could call BMW Financial together and he essentially said no, not my problem. In the end he said "I'm not going to go back and forth with you" and they took off the charge. I recommend going elsewhere. More
