I have read some reviews about Harvard Chevy about how good they were... and I was skeptical of ever going to another dealership after other places I have been to. Well, I can tell you that the reviews ar good they were... and I was skeptical of ever going to another dealership after other places I have been to. Well, I can tell you that the reviews are spot on!!! this is THE ONLY place I will buy a car from again! I called about a Chevy Bolt they had for sale on a Wednesday... I talked to Dan, he told me that it was available and that the insanely good price they had on the car was not just "smoke and Mirrors" I gave him my info so he could run my credit. He called me back the same day to tell me everything was good to go. I put a deposit down to hold the car until I could make it on Saturday morning. When I got there, The car was out front all cleaned up and ready to go. I was approached by a salesman named Rob... He said Dan was busy at the moment as he was doing finance that day as well. He walked me to his desk where a folder and a set of keys were there with my name on it. Rob had me sign a few things before I went into the finance office to complete the purchase. There was one person ahead of me. I only had to wait about 15 min. I then went to see Dan and all the rest of my paperwork was ready to go along with my plates. He had me sign the rest of the paperwork and 10 min later I was on my way driving my new car!!! This Place is so efficient!!! Other dealerships (Kunes) need to take notes on how this place runs. Put it this way, My wife dropped me off and went grocery shopping and I beat her home... I am used to sitting at a dealership for HOURS!!! I was there less than an hour. If the GM or owner is reading this, You are doing amazing with your staff. This was the easiest and best car buying experience I have ever had!!! You have gained a customer for life! The car was presented very well, meaning the detail and service department did a fantastic job getting this car standing tall. More
