Unfriendly environment The guy who worked with us claimed he represented the bank so what he said is the truth. Ok we got that. Then my aunt talked Vietnamese to me because The guy who worked with us claimed he represented the bank so what he said is the truth. Ok we got that. Then my aunt talked Vietnamese to me because she doesn’t speak English ( she was asking what the guy said) and he then immediately assumed she talked xxxx about him and said he represented the bank and if he didn’t approve the paperwork so we can’t have a car. He also show racist attitude toward us and if my mom doesn’t need the car immediately at that time due to her love for that only car which was sold by your company, we difinitely will choose somewhere else to purchase a car. When he asked my mom about her income, he started raising his voice like” I’ve been work as this job for 5 years and I know that this is a really low income” he said it 3 times. Nobody said it was a high income, at the bugining we even suggested the co-sign a loan because my uncle has high income. He kept saying it louder. He’s very arrogant and unprofessional. The entire a time, we ( 6 people ) felt threatened by him. It’s an extremely displease service provided by BOCH Toyota. We ended up purchased a car but never, ever I’d like to come back if you guys don’t do anything about that person who “ represented the bank and give himself all the right in the world”. I don’t remember his name but my mom purchased the RAV4 AWD XLE on 01/08/19 and the guy we encountered with work on bank loan process . Below I selected 10 employees that I worked with but it’s really just 2 people who I don’t remember the name, one sale and one bank paperwork so I just selected randomly then. More
